    We clean all aspects of your property inside, providing excellent holiday home cleaning services. Each clean tends to be different, so the fairest way to charge for our property management services is per hour.

    Laundry Service

    Effective laundry cleaning is essential for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in your holiday home cleaning services, especially when managing properties for guests.

    We offer a comprehensive cleaning service for your bedlinen, perfect for those utilizing our holiday home cleaning and property management services. All bedding will be washed, dried, and ironed to ensure the highest quality for your guests.

    Towels

    Per kg

    All towels, including bath mats, kitchen/tea towels, and oven gloves, are weighed before washing as part of our holiday home cleaning process. They will then be washed and dried, ensuring a thorough cleaning as part of our property management services.

    Throws

    Dependant on size

    As part of our holiday home cleaning and property management services, we can clean your throw as long as it is machine washable. Please note that we do not offer a dry cleaning service.

    Laundry Hire

    Linen and towel hire is an essential aspect of holiday home cleaning, especially for those who rely on professional property management services.

    Bedlinen

    Various

    We offer the following options for your holiday home cleaning needs: Single, Double, King, and Super King beds. You can choose from plain white or patterned bedlinen. If you hire bedlinen from us, we will also provide the cleaning service as part of our property management services. Enjoy free collection and delivery within a 10-mile radius. Please note, if any hired item is damaged or ruined beyond saving, you will be charged for its replacement.

    The towels available in our holiday home, which is maintained through our property management services, include:

    All towels are white. 


    Please note, if a hired item is damaged or ruined beyond saving, you will be charged to replace the item.

    Oven Cleaning

    Dip Tank

    Various

    Using a professional dip tank, we offer holiday home cleaning services that can make your oven look practically brand new again. This service utilizes strong chemicals and requires approximately 3 hours to complete, ensuring your property management services maintain a high standard.

    We manage a wide range of holiday lets, including, houses, cottages, and second homes. Our services are best suited to short-term and holiday rental properties where high presentation standards and regular changeovers are essential 

    Do you manage guest bookings?

     Our core focus is on on-the-ground property management. Many owners manage their own bookings through platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com, while we handle cleaning, changeovers, inspections, and property care.

    If required, we’re happy to work alongside an existing co-host or booking manager.

    Do I need to be local?

    Not at all. Many of our clients live outside the area or use their property as a second home. We act as your trusted local contact, keeping you informed and ensuring your property is always well cared for. 

    Can services be customised?

    Yes. Every property is different, and we tailor our services based on:

    We’ll recommend the most suitable package after a property walkthrough.

    What happens if something goes wrong during a stay?

    We carry out post-departure inspections after each stay. Any damage or issues are documented and reported to you promptly, along with recommended next steps.

    We never proceed with repairs or replacements without your approval (unless pre-authorised for emergencies).

    How do you handle maintenance issues?

    Minor issues are reported quickly, and we can coordinate trusted local contractors on your behalf. For urgent matters, we escalate according to your agreed preferences.

    Our proactive checks help identify small issues early — often preventing costly repairs later.

    Are cleaning and laundry included in the monthly fee?

    The monthly management fee covers coordination, inspections, and oversight. Cleaning and laundry are typically charged per stay, as costs vary depending on property size and occupancy.

    We’ll clearly outline all costs upfront so there are no surprises.

    Do you provide linen, or can I use my own?

    We’re happy to work with owner-provided linen or arrange a linen service if preferred. During onboarding, we’ll discuss what works best for your property and usage. 

    What happens during quiet periods with no bookings?

    Depending on your package, we offer routine property checks during quieter periods to ensure:

    • The property remains secure 
    • No leaks, damp, or maintenance issues arise 
    • The home stays in good condition
       

    This is especially valuable for second homes or remote owners.

    Can I change or upgrade my package later?

    Yes. Packages can be reviewed and adjusted as your needs change, whether due to increased bookings, seasonal demand, or a change in how hands-on you want to be. 

    How do you communicate with owners?

    We provide clear, timely communication via your preferred method (email or WhatsApp). You’ll be notified of:
